Life skills refer to those skills necessary for the child to grow, develop and mature into a responsible adult citizen and be able to contribute their quota in the development of the society. Life skills are diverse and may include physical, cognitive, social and emotional skills. Also, they are interrelated and involve a systematic, gradual and progressive process of differentiation and integration.
